Theme not displaying properly

I would like to know if any theme creators or somebody who knows what setting controls this part of the theme, and how can it be fixed. Thanks. Scroll the image to the bottom to see the red arrow.

That's because you haven't updated the theme. The tooltip changed from Cinnamon 1.4 to 1.6 and you're using a theme made for 1.4.

I'm not. I just checked my cinnamon version. It's 1.4.0.

Then you're probably using a 1.6 theme in 1.4?
You should update, Cinnamon 1.6 is a great improvement over 1.4
