Google Chrome tab bar theme inconsistensy with system UI

As shown in screenshot google chromes tab bar has a green area in between the top system bar and URL bar.

This is the problem with Mint theme.

And it is seen in Linux Mint 14 (Fresh Install)
Mint 13 didnt show this inconsistency.

1) How do I report this bug?
2)Any temporary fix?
