WiFi Radar for Cinnamon?

I know that W users had something like a radar allowing to see points, which represent wifi users around. The more closer the center is to some other WiFi point, the stronger the signal is.

Does exist something like this in Cinnamon in form of Screenlet or something? It would be much easier to find good place to start browsing the Web I think.

What do U think guys/girls?
