cinnamon panel modification

i want to make my panel looks like this (see the top bar the left and right)

this is my desktop now

so can someone tell me how to do that?
i want to know how to remove the middle panel in cinnamon
just the middle not all panel

That theme you showed in your first pic is available on the cinnamon spices website. I believe it is called Dark Void. Not sure what version of cinnamon you are using but you could try it. At the very least if poke around in the cinnamon.css you can see how to do it.

Just do it as a svg for the right and left side of the panels, add stretch so it fits the right and left sides,
Just make one, save it left side, then flip it horizontally and save it as the right side one.
If you go under panel in the css you'll see and right side and left side, leave the main one blank so it shows nothing or just make a transparent svg and put that in that part and strech it.
