Modify desktop

Hi, I'm new on this OS, i installed this yesterday and i want to know how can i make desktop like this

What version of Mint 17 did you install? Cinnamon? Mate?

What part of the desktop do you want?
Check here for the desklet - http://cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com/desklets
or Right click on the Panel > Add Desklets > Get More Online > Refresh List > Select the Desklet > Click on Install or Update Selected

I have Linux Mint 17 Cinnamon and i want to make desktop exactly like that, with icons, theme and that widget or what is it.

Unfortunately, the screenshots you posted are not Cinnamon, so you aren't going to get exactly that.

You might be able to find a Cinnamon theme you like - see this tutorial - http://shyloh.com/themes.html
