HowTo Change the Menu Button Icon?

Hello everyone,

I have a little question, I hope this is the right forum to write in, sorry If I made the topic in the wrong forum section.
I was wondering how can I change the Menu Button Icon It's doesn't seem that easy in Gnome3 or at least
I haven't found a solution yet, I'm thankful for any kind of help to this issue, thanks in Advanced.

Thank you but this doesn't work on the current version of gnome, I've seen this article before. But thanks anyway
