Linux Mint 12 and compiz

Postby Boje on Fri May 04, 2012 5:51 pm

Hi all.
I have a portable Dell with dual proc. and 8400M graphic. I'm a newbie in Linux and can't get the compiz working right. The wobbling effect works but the 3D effect with windows doesn't. My replacement for MATE goes like this:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-XPS-M1330 ~ $ compiz --replace

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.
