Nemo bookmarks for Docky

I use docky with my Cinnamon and i have enabled the Bookmarks Docky which is very helpful and good looking as it lists the home, music, video directories etc with nice icons. The problem is that they always open with Nautilus although Nemo is installed. Can i get them to open with nemo instead?
