Conky gap on left hand side of screen suddenly appeared

I am running LM 14 32 bit with Cinnamon, and had conky working perfectly for a while. However a problem recently appeared where conky is "offset" by a margin on the left hand side of the screen (I had it set to fill the whole screen). I have conkyrc minimum_size set to my screen resolution and I have border_inner_margin / border_outer_margin set to 0. I am not sure why this problem suddenly appeared or how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated...
