CONKY TIME HELP [SOLVED]

im not sure if this is where this thread should be so correct me if its not but i have my conky script and the time is set to 24 hour format with the variables of

${time %a %d %b %Y %T}


i would like it to display in 12 hour format can you please help me?

%r ... get rid of the rest.

Note: At least that's been my experience so far. Couldn't hurt to keep a copy of the conky config file you have now. So you can restore it. If my memory is failing here.

My Conky Time reads like this: ${time %a %d %b} - ${time %k:%M:%S}
