i have installed all components that allow compiz to work in lmde and im experiencing some lag...major lag.i click on compiz fusion icon to enable it and my menu doesnt open up for a long time.i have to log out and log back in to get my clmde running smoothly again.any ideas what would cause this?
running lmde 32bit on a dell e1505.no special video card,i have had compiz running on all other distros.

so when adding the script to start up do i name it compiz?
if not what do i name it?

if your going to use the script you should be able to name it any thing you wish.

just don't forget to set it up as an exacutable.
