Hi all.
I've just installed Linux Mint 12 on my computer. So far, it looks good (different to use in some ways though). What I miss so far is the very convenient mouse wheel zoom that came with compiz on previous versions.
Is there a remplacement ?
Should I install compiz ? Will it live well together with gnome 3 ?

Re: Mouse wheel zoom (compiz way)
No, compiz and mutter aren't compatible.
The best solution so far is gnome-shell-mousewheel-zoom, although it's jerkier (you can improve that by changing the zoom factor inside the script).

Indeed, this scrit does the job very well. Not that jerky with default option. It's okay for me.
