Setting scripts to run on double click [SOLVED]
Posted: Sat Jun 08, 2013 12:58 am
I have some bash scripts I would like to run when I double click them.
Currently, double clicking a script brings up a dialog box with four options:
"Run in Terminal, Display, Cancel, Run"
I would like the default option to be "Run" but I can't seem to find the setting for it.
I've made sure I have the correct permissions and the file is marked as executable.
I've tried Right-Click>Properties>Open With so I can open it with a terminal, but the add option is grayed out so I can't add a terminal.
Where is this setting? Can I set the option for individual files instead of just a filetype?
I'm running 15 with Cinnamon.
Thanks!
