Most likely since it's clearly spelled out on the desktop and in the taskbar...

You think you are so clever :!:
Didn't noticed that, was more curious whether it was with Wine or the Linux version, judging from the version number it is a pretty new version as well.

Sorry, I didn't find the correct smiley, so I thought you would get the irony of it ;)

Yes i have a Linux Matlab licence.

Im working with it. Im a student (engineer of aerodynamics).

And i can choose my System..They first gave me windows..
But windows is .. you know..

Linux is 40 % faster in my calculations with matlab. On the same laptop same calculations.
Thats the best reason to use linux.

But when i start matlab i have to turn off Compiz.. There are some Problems when the windows are not maximized or minimized.. they dissapear.

But i love mint. It lookes good and is fast..

They only need one central System Control Center. With all Hardware and drivers.

Running Linux Mint Daryna.

Emerald theme is "Elegant Brit"
Conky at the top showing a little information and cairo-dock at the bottom providing shortcuts.
Screenlets provide those circular status bars to the right and date in the bottom-left.

Hey not too shabby!

I'm curious - what's that blue runic object in the center?

Thank you. It looks to be a Ubuntu symbol with symbols and a triangle. I did not make the wallpaper so thats all I can tell you about it. But who ever made the wallpaper did an excellent job. :)
