DockbarX also in LMDE-MATE

this viewtopic.php?f=206&t=115486 got me thinking if dockbarx/dockx would work as well in lmde-mate it does
1- go to https://launchpad.net/~dockbar-main/+ar ... hive-extra and grab the source (tar.gz)
2- install needed dependencies

sudo apt-get install python-imaging python-wnck python-keybinder python-numpy python-xlib zeitgeist

3- extract the source you got in 1- and cd to dock folder

zerozero@wine ~/Downloads/dock

4- run the setup script

sudo ./setup.py install

5- dockx can be launched with

zerozero@wine ~/Downloads/dock $ dockx

6- dockbarx panel applet probably will need a killall mate-panel and then proceed as normal as you would add any other applet to the panel
7- customize and enjoy
