Editing Places menu in LMDE

I use the Applications, Places, System menu a lot. Somehow the Places changed. Instead of pointing to Home, Desktop, Computer etc...it's pointing to firefox. Everytime I click on Home, the home files show up in firefox. Maybe the culprit is this command: wget --recursive --level=4 --convert-links http://livelinux.altervista.org/Guida_L ... ex_en.html

Any solution?
