XFCE with mint theme on LMDE with gnome3

Hi everybody, i've got Gnome3 on my LMDE but i usually break it and somehow it ends up not working :p
So, i would like to have xfce as an alternative, but i don't like the default theme, i want it to look like xfce mint edition, is there a way? where should i get it?
