Mixer applet

Good morning, after installation of LMDE with Xfce, playing youtube videos the mixer applet crashes and appears a windows saying "plugin "Mixer" leave the panel, rebooting it?" and there is two command to reboot the applet in the panel or to close the applet. Every 3 minutes it is crashing... what is the problem? Sound continue working, but i can't modify volume with the applet. The command dmesg don't report anything about this.

nobody can help for this problem? Seems to be a bug of the plugin mixer....
