Rare problem using mouse

I installed a week ago LMDE XFCE into my media center computer. I use only mplayer, caja as file manager and chromium as browser but when I leave the computer for a few hours when I'm going to do anything applications partially loose mouse usage. In other words I can only click on textboxes, buttons, scrollbars, files (in Caja) and any other clickable object becomes unclickable. I can only restart XFCE and everything goes normally again (for another few hours).

Anyone has the same problem ? How can I solve it or at least find some logging to see whatever happens.

I think the problem is xscreensaver. I removed it and everything runs ok
