Multiple desktop manager

Hi !

I am a sysadmin, and often need to have multipe ssh windows open.
I found "I3 Tiling Window Manager" which seems to be a good choice for this special need.

My questions is very simple : can I run two desktop manager at the same time (and switch between them with CTRL + ALT +F..) ?
I am on LMDE 201204.

Hi,

Gdm3 or mdm both have flexiserver if you have xnest/xzypher installed. That allows u to have multiple logins through a single desktop manger. Not sure about lightdm, as I don't use it.
