Cant install a game from get.deb [SOLVED]

I installed get deb repository, and when I try to install a game, clicking on "Install this now" button, open a window asking the application to open the link.

Somebody knows what application is necessary to open links from get.deb games?

I tried apt-get; apg, gdebi, etc and no one works.

Thanks!

I am running LM Cinnamon 14, 64bit

Hello, jungle_boy.

In order to start the download and installation process by clicking on an apt-link on the removed webpages you will have to go to Synaptic package manager first and install the software package apturl.
(Did someone drop it from the Mint 14 default installation? It is present on my Mint 13 xfce installation.)
So in the dialogue box that you posted you select "Choose an application ..." and specify apturl. As the executable can be found following the PATH variable, prefixing the pathname should not be necessary.

Cheers,
Karl

Than you very much !

apturl is the application to install games from get.deb.

There are no games for LM14 (ubuntu 12.10); only for ubuntu 12.04 and 13.10. I'll install LM16 ou downgrade to LM13 cinnamon.

Thanks!

Although there is no games for ubuntu 13.10 (LM14), I managed to install in LM14, using apturl.
