one of the easiest software to use on windows is imgburn
http://www.imgburn.com/ download and install it.

The program says that it can only download a image file, but i have a iso file. What do i have to do now?

iso is a form of image (there are others)
once the software is installed run it and select

write image file to disk

select the iso you downloaded and proceed (make sure you have a blank/empty DVD)

I opened the new version on my pc, should i remove my old version (version 13 maya)? And just download version 17, or should I just download them both?

create the boot DVD with version 13 if you already have it, we will see if your other unit will boot from it.

strange it should only display hw and driver info.
Shutdown, give it a couple of minutes and try again.

Ive tried the inxi-Fzu many times, but my pc crash constantly if I try that command..
