That URL looks like it may have belonged to the Mint wiki - that was taken down around 4 years ago due to repeated spamming and vandalism (this thread was started nearly 5 years ago)
There is a site for Linux Mint art
http://linuxmint-art.org/ but i don't know if there are any sig bars on it
