Grub in Ubiqity

We should do something to make clear where you find the grub choice and explain it
We cant change the behaviour, but perhaps the text "Select the place for grub here" and a brief explanation. Don't know how hard it is to do that though

We talked about that already :) I think it's fine the way it is and I'd also prefer Ubuntu to make this change upstream rather than us tweaking that installer even further.

I'm becoming senil :)
The thing we could do is to put a helpfile on the desktop explaining a few of the hurdles

+1 I agree with Husse.

Husse, Clem,

Maybe another possibility would be a web page that could be accessed from the desk top of the live cd that would give a few pointers on installing options. This would also enable any errata that invariably occurs to be added as needed over time.

This could either be in the form of a desk top link or called as the first action in the install script, which I think would be better.

Just a thought,

Fred
