maximized window closing by clicking on upper most corner

I am using linux mint 11 and the minimize maximize and close button are on the right side.

When a window is maximized I need to move the cursor to uppermost of the screen and 'move little back' so I click on close button, not on empty space.

Make clicking on upper most of the screen to close an maximized window please.
