Use uswsusp as the default hibernation manager

Hello!
In Mint 13 and Ubuntu 12.04 hibernation is turned off out of box. It's can be easily turned on again, however with time it has a tendency to break. If things turned out to be that bad why not to use stable uswsusp as the default hibernation tool? I have tested on my Dell e6410 (Core i5, Nvidia quadro, 4gb ram, 8,3 gb swap) - works great
