Bring Classic Menu Back to Cinnamon!

Postby cappycaffeine on Sun Jul 08, 2012 11:22 am

I found the "Classic Menu" applet for Cinnamon in the "Spice" section and installed it. It has a few glitches (placement) and limited features (unable to move icons around) but find it a wonderful alternative to the default menu button on the menubar. I would suggest making it the default, or at least having it part of the default installed applets that can be activated without having to add the PPA.

I would guess the Mint developers would like to see it more stable before it gets mainlined into the Mint repos, but.. here is one vote to have it a built in option!

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

Yes, I'm promoting that idea.
