Suspend/Restart/Shutdown confirmation required

Please improve the usability of the Cinnamon Shutdown Dialog. When you start it from the global menu, it should not default to a 60 second shutdown (you might have clicked it and got distracted), additionally all distructive modes such as restart and shutdown should ask for confirmation if the action should really be taken.

Happened to my several times that I hit the wrong button and instead of suspending, I restarted or shutdown the machine.
