Calendar

Post by retriever »

It would be great if the development team could make it so that when you double click on a date in the calendar a notepad would appear so that you could keep track of important events.
Just a suggestion................

Thanks-

You can easily add a calender panel icon for that. Install Orage (package 'orage') and you'll find Orage Calender in your menu. This comes from the Xfce project, but works perfectly also on Cinnamon and MATE. It shows a calender icon on your panel, which you can click to show the days of the month. You can easily add events to the calender that way. I've been using it for a while and quite happy with it. Much better solution than the convoluted way of using Evolution or Thunderbird+Lightning that force you to use an email client just to access your calender. On KDE you will of course just use KOrganizer.

Moved your topic here as it is a suggestion for the developers.
