[Cinnamon Themes window] Get more GTK3 themes online

The Cinnamon themes window should have GTK3 themes in addition to cinnamon themes and have a section to find more gtk3 themes online.

The GTK3 themes are listed in the Other Settings tab, as "Controls"
But, you are correct that there is no option to "Get More Online" specifically for GTK3 themes.
