Minor version upgrades ideas

When you upgrade for example from 17.0 -> 17.1 -> etc., I noticed that improvements can be made in a few areas:

1. Instead of clicking on the links for release notes and version information to proceed the install there can be made one simple checkbox "I accept".
2. Also at the end of the upgrade process there could be added a "Reboot" button.
