There used to be someone in the forum that made some pink themes. You might do a search on gnome-look.org. I would almost bet that someone has made a theme like you are wanting!

Probably too late for the OP, but here is a version of MurrinaPink I threw together for my daughter by altering the Murrina-LightGreen gtkrc. It could use a little extra work on the panel highlight but I think it turned out pretty good.
