better multimedia support

well this isnt really a new feature but
i would love to see more multimedia support already added into mint
for example i still cant stream websites that have a windows media player stream or view any quicktime files through mplayer. it would be awsome if i could stream everything cuz what attracted me to mint was the multimedia support. i know its prolly 2 later to put it in to cassy but maybe next time?

It worked after I installed the mediaplayerconnectivity plugin for firefox
