language choice

one (very minor) thing I would like to see is an option to choose bteween English and American at install time as having to go round and set all the default applications to English annoys me

In Bea, all languages apart from EN(which I believe is American) have been removed from ISOLINUX (the Live CD boot) because we didn't have enough resource to translate the text.

I'll try to add UK and FR in the stable release. If you want more languages, I need translators :)

thanks for that, I can translate from EN-US to EN-UK if you like (yes sometimes it does need translating see The Full Monty for details) but I do not speak enough of any others to translate them.

Thanks, I can do that one. I wouldn't mind if somebody helped me on the German, Spanish and Italian ones though :)

Hi,

I have some bad news. I though uk.tr in isolinux was there for British English. It's actually Ukrainian (I think). So I have no quick way to do this and it probably won't go into Bea.
