When I view the Linux Mint Software Portal, there is no entry under System Tools. I always need to know sys info, for one reason or another, so how about a system information utility. Two apps come to mind.
1 Aida16, available on SystemRescueCd
2 GTK+ Hardware Lister, available on Parted Magic LiveCD
I would prefer the sys info utility have a gui.
