'Eye&Energy easy" Desktop theme

I would like to see a default theme that looks as good as the current new installer but is more easy for the eyes. Currently most use a bright background while a dark background (also for menu's etc) would be much more comfortable.

I tried to experiment with colors and noticed that black was also not comfortable to look at but the 'just not black' colors with then a not totally white forground are very comfortable. I think that if your theme developers would create such a theme it would really be awesome.

Although I think the art team works great, I hate the bootsplash.

the LM logo is just too huge, too heavy in my eyes.
I'd rather have it like:

`linux mint , whereby the ` would be the mint logo, just a looot smaller than currently.
