I am a novice to Mint 11 although have been using on and off since release 9.
the install dialog could be improved. During install your dialog reads:
"This computer currently has multiple operating systems on it. What would you like to do?
My suggestion for the "Install Linux Mint alongside them"...would be clearer ...
----------------
Install Linux Mint keeping you other operating system[s] (multi-boot)
Your other operating system[s] and files will be kept while Mint creates space and a new partition on your hard drive. You will be able to choose which operating system you want each time the computer starts up.
-----------------
Also,a suggestion when selecting this option, when I selected I wasn't sure that I was doing the right thing. I thought that there would be another screen that told me the Mint was going to install. etc. etc... Instead it began installing without that positive feedback loop (e.g. Mint is about to begin installing yes/no)
