Model feedback - Unity (Ubuntu 11.04) related

Hi,

Although this is all related to the older version of Unity, I found this feedback extremely well done. Despite the changes in GNOME and the flak that it's been drawing, if we can overcome our disappointment and (perhaps not entirely unjustified) anger, & come up with such feedback, not just Mint or GNOME, but Linux as a whole would benefit:
