Software installation system

Hello everyone,
Another suggestion I would like to give you is to include the type of software installer which you can see in the link I have posted. This is PC BSD software installer installing the software like Windows. That is you can download the software first. Then whenever you wish you can install the software. You dont have to remain online first to download the software and then to install it both at the same time. There should be packages with all the dependencies like the install shield wizard which while offline installs the software. I think if Mint includes this feature it would be a distribution which could even beat Windows.
