Improve Bluetooth Audio Experience

Hi, I do not know if there is a developers' Launchpad for Feature Request like we used to have in Ubuntu, so hopefully some Linux Mint devs get to read this little note of mine.
I use Bluetooth headset a lot to listen to music and make Skype calls.
However,
1. The Bluetooth profile does NOT switch automatically between A2DP (Music) and Mono (Skype calls); and
2. The Sound Volume control does NOT automatically switch to the Bluetooth device so my Volume Up/Down buttons do not get to control them even though Bluetooth Audio is already activated and working.
In Skype for Windows 7, I can choose "Bluetooth Audio Device" for my microphone and speakers, but in Linux, I am stuck with "Pulse Audio" only.
Of course, these 2 problems do NOT exist at all with all the Android, iPhone and Nokia phones.
Can these 2 features be implemented in an upgrade?
