One of the things that was REALLY handy about OpenSuSE (and I haven't seen in any other distro) is an option list upon shutdown/reboot as to *which* OS was to be rebooted! This is really nice for multiboot systems since if you wind up in the wrong OS, you don't have to sit there through the boot to get over to the right one, you just select the one you want during shutdown and go do a quick errand.... and also reboots are often simply
about getting to another OS - and with this option, again, you don't have to sit there through a seemingly-endless reboot.
