Changelog:
Made the program call mateapplet instead of gnomeapplet.

Known bugs:
On a GNOME DE within Mint, this may cause issues.
Still takes a hell of a time to load.

Planned changes:
Figure out a way to make it cross-compatible

This isn't a contribution more than an amature repack. It still installs and runs without fail, but someone should really download this, extract the contents, make it cross-compatible between MATE and GNOME 2.x and repack it to Debian compliance, testing for Romeo compliance if applicable.
