nimbus-0.0.16 GTK2 engine and icon theme

This is the default engine and theme in Solaris.
1st install the icon theme then the gtk2 engine.
This theme is suppose to be pretty light weight for Gnome and also a lot of people seem to like it.
When Clem comes back this might make it into the repo.

Nice! I have to admit that the theme does have a nice clean look to it. The theme was one of the things I liked about OpenSoliris.

Except for the folder icon I really like these.
The "Blueprint" theme and icons are awful on the other hand!

Fixed icon theme to rely on Mint-Green(Elyssa icon set) or Celena(Daryna icon set).
Removed OpenSolaris distributor-logos.
So people who installed Elyssa or upgraded to Elyssa still get the same look.
Also will work in Daryna.
