mintUpload

Postby emorrp1 on Mon Mar 30, 2009 11:50 pm

Since this didn't seem to get posted to the mailing list:
Hi all, I implemented the sftp support in mintUpload, and released it to the community repository. Later I released a bug-fix, now I have a new version with more features enabled for non-mint services (courtesy of kinkerl), which I'll upload as soon I stop getting a 500 internal server error from packages.linuxmint.com. The changelog for all 3 versions is below, let me know if you run into any other problems, or have any ideas etc.

well, I can get to packages.linuxmint.com now, but dupload exits with a fatal error in line 819 (it's also the same error I get if I type the password wrong) Clem says he'll package it up when he gets home from work.

v2.1.3 is released! NB: v2.1.3 is intended to be a wide-spread release, so please file any bug reports so that we can get them fixed. Except in the very unlikely case that there are no bugs, v2.1.4 will not introduce any new features (but may bring the scp support up to date), so we can be sure we have a very stable base to work off for any future enhancements.

mintupload (2.1.3) felicia; urgency=low

* addition of a port config option by kinkerl
* all config lines are now optional, with sensible defaults
* config lines fully documented in /etc/linuxmint/mintUpload/services/Default
* ssh can use private keys from ~/.ssh
* bugfixes
