I made a deb for gnote, the c++ version of tomboy....so far it opens with alt-f12 , but I don't get an icon in the taskbar. Let me know if you wanna try it i can send the deb, i don't have a place to upload to right now.

A new version was just released.......it solved the problems I had with the original one. It is now in my panle and works quite well.
