uberstudent packages

I experimented a bit with UberStudent, yet another Ubuntu distro when it came out for the first time, a little while ago.

I still prefer Linux Mint because of its stability, nonetheless I think that a number of its "educative" packages
might be useful even for the non-students amongst us (e.g. technical/research/engineering/scientific writers etc.)!
