Errors in mintBackup 1.6.2 (Gloria)

I have found two errors in mintBackup 1.6.2 (Gloria):
1)
The headings in the Backup window ("Save the content of your home directory" and "Make a backup of your personal data") are missing.
The Restore window headings ("Load data into your home directory" and "Restore your personal data from this backup") appear properly.
2)
"Exclude folders" and "Exclude files" work differently:
If I click on "Exclude folders" and specify e.g. /temp, I get the message "/temp is not located within your home directory. Not added." -> Correct.
But in case of "Exclude files" I don't get any message if I specify a file out of the home directory, it is just added.
Of course this doesn't make any problem from the point of view of the functionality, but ...

The similar problem(?) exists also in the mintUpload 3.3.3, no headings anymore ("Upload a file" and "Upload and share a file").

Q: If a window has menus or tabs, are headings not allowed at all?

I believe this was a design decision, now that the about box basically says the same thing, and the windows themselves are much narrower, at least in mintUpload.

Yes, in case of mintUpload you are right, emorrp1.
But in mintBackup there aren't any menus at all, I mean Help with About. So it is nowhere visible, that only the home directory will be backed up.
