Update Manager Mint 13 fails with Norwegian language

Hi,
Installed Linux Mint 13 (Mate 32-bit) and observed that the Update Manager did not work.

Found information related to same topic for Linux Mint 12.
By changing the language from Norwegian to English the Update Manager works fine.

I posted the thread about the problem in Mint 12 and it is still a problem for me in Mint 13 Cinnamon. Using Norwegian language the updatmanager crash, switching to English everything is fine. I can use apt-get to update, but it is more of a problem for Norwegians not that used to Linux (like my dad running Mint 13 MATE on his netbook).
