wubildr not always copied to the boot partition

i saw that with ubuntu 12 , first and your installer has the same bug .
the installer creates all files and write correctly the boot to do , but it forgets to copy wubildr to the boot partition .
in my case i think it bugs from the fact i give a letter to the boot drive .

at least something to verify
