If you you ever get this message "Error mounting:.............. Device /dev/sdc1 is already mounted at `/media/... " while booting your system with an external media inserted on Linux Mint 14 Nadia Mate edition simply open your home folder and navigate to "Edit-Preferences-Media " and check "Never prompt or start programs on media insertion". That's it bros!! :D

So what's the point of leaving the external plugged in at bootup and not wanting it mounted?
